Parents may register new students to Juban Parc Elementary for the upcoming 2019-20 school year on June 3rd to June 7th from 9:00 to 2:00. Please make sure that you have the following documents with you when you register your child. You must bring the required registration document listed below for new students. It must be the legal guardian to enroll a child in school. The below documents are required for registration:
• Valid picture id
• Original birth certificate
o drop slip from previous school if applicable
• Original Social Security Card
• Shot record - Immunization Record
• Custody papers if applicable
• 4 proofs of residency (utility, water, phone, cable, waste management bill, etc.) Proofs of residence must have physical address listed.
Note: Parents that are using residency affidavit to enroll their child must wait until at least two weeks before school starts to register them. Child must be 5 by September 30, 2019 to be eligible for Kindergarten for the upcoming 2019 - 20 school year.

| Parents of first through fifth grade students on August 8 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M., you and your child are invited to "Meet the Teacher". Parents of kindergarten students' date will be announced soon, you and your child are invited to a "Kindergarten Meet the Teacher". At this time you and your child will have the opportunity to visit with his/her teacher, drop off school supplies, pay operational fee, purchase a spirit shirt, and require about transportation. |
