 GENERAL
HOMEWORK AND
CLASS INFORMATION- Special projects will be assigned throughout the
year. It is the students responsibility to get these assignments
home. Students are required to write down their assignments in
their assignment books.

Reading General Homework Information |
|
Reading
Logs are due on Friday for Mrs. Masters' homeroom class.
Reading Logs will begin in a couple of weeks. Reading tests are given as needed. Students may bring home their
Reading textbooks. I do not give all test on one day.
Students may access their Reading textbook

Students' passcodes have been sent home with them.

Math
General Homework Information |

Math

We are currently working on
addition, place value,
and numeration.
Math tests are giving as needed.
Study guides are not sent home for this subject area.
Students are allowed to bring home their textbooks anytime and
review the skills that we are working on in class.
Basic math fact
tests may be testing on Fridays.
The unit test will be given as needed on different days.
I will send home information when we start working on
multiplication and division facts.
Students will need to study for these tests each night.

Spelling
General Homework Information |

The
Spelling Tests are on Thursdays for Mrs. Masters' homeroom
class. Basic math fact tests may be testing on Fridays.
Homework Spelling Contracts are due on Thursday.

Language General Homework Information |
|
Language
study guides will not be sent home. Students may bring
home their Language books to review skills that are being taught
in the classroom. The students will be doing a lot of writing
this year. They will need to be able to write an one to two
paragraph story by the end of the year. This will be assess in
the iLEAP test that the students will take at the end of the
year.

Social Living General Homework Information |

We
are currently learning about mapping skills and geography of Louisiana. Special projects will be assigned throughout the
year. It is the students responsibility to get these assignments
home. Students are required to write down their assignments in
their assignment books. Social Studies and Science study guides
will be sent home at least two days before the test dates. They
must be signed and returned by a parent on the day of the test.
